The rules of the game
 
To make sure that everything runs smoothly some playing rules have been put together. In that way everyone knows exactly what to expect. Oh, and one remark, everyone joining this project has been approached by Tessa herself. Participation is by invitation only, and personal. So, the path is clear for you to join in.
 
  1. •The dates for this special event are Saturday June 17th and July 1st in the evening.

  2. •Everyone participating will be the host and guest once (This doesn’t necessarily have to be with the same person).

  3. •If you don’t want to do it on your own you are welcome to bring a friend along.

  4. •Tessa will match the participants, so it will be a surprise which cuisine you are going to explore.

  5. •You can join if you live within 45 kilometers of Amsterdam..

  6. •A week before the dinners are going to take place you will receive an e-mail containing the e-mail address of your match.

  7. •It is really nice to cook and even do the groceries together, but you don’t have to do it in that way. Since you will have the-mail address of your match you are free to organize it however you want between the two of you.

  8. •Dietary restrictions and religious beliefs will be taken into account as far as possible, but please mail each other about that as well.

  9. •Apart from cooking delicious food and having a nice meal together with someone, “Neem eens een kijkje in andermans keuken” also contains one other ingredient: The experiences of the participants. So after having enjoyed your dinner, send an e-mail to kokenzondergrenzen@xs4all.nl to tell what you thought of the evening. Before long you will be able to read a summary of all the reactions under the link “Dessert”.
